The Baldwin is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and other substances — is strictly prohibited inside apartment homes and throughout all community grounds. Residents who violate this policy may be subject to fines and/or eviction.
What happens if I lose my key or access fob?

We utilize PetScreening to monitor all four-legged residents and require a $300 pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent. We do, however, have breed restrictions for Akitas, American Bulldogs, Boxers, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Dalmatians, German Shepherds, Huskies, Karelian Bear Dog, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terriers, and any Wolf Hybrid.
